We have recently restructured ourselves to become as strong as we are today.
- In January 2005, we were set up as Technological Development and Net Solutions Ltd.
- In June 2006, we changed our name into Information System Joint-Stock Company.
- In May 2008, we overhauled our organizational structure, were renamed into Amigo Technologies Joint Stock Company (Amigo Technologies).
- In 2008, Quant-edge established, provides software services for financial and banking sector.
- In 2012, Vinatti established provides payment service at counters and electric card solutions.
- December 2014, Amigo launches new brand identity.
