Chairman of the Board

Professional Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Durham University, United Kingdom
  • Bachelor of Applied Chemistry, RMIT University, Australia

Experience:

Mr. Minh is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Vietnam’s technology and banking sectors. As the Chairman of Amigo and the founder of companies like Vinatti, Paynet, and Data Nest, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry.

Mr. Tran Quang Duc

Vice Chairman of the Board

Professional Qualifications:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Warsaw, Poland.

Experience:

As one of the co-founders and the first CEO of AMIGO since 2008, Mr. Tran Quang Duc has made significant contributions to the company’s success. In his current role as Vice President, he continues to lead AMIGO’s development and is also the founder of several other technology companies including Vinatty, Equix, DataNest, and Paynet.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hai Hoang

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University (USA).

Experience:

  • Serial entrepreneur and co-founder of AMIGO, Vinatti, Equix Technologies, DataNest, and Paynet.
  • With a background in marketing as the former Marketing Director of the International College of Information Management in Malaysia.
  • He has been a driving force behind AMIGO, serving as its CEO for over 17 years.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
  • Master of Finance from London Business School.

Experience:

  • Co-founder of AMIGO, Vinatti, Equix Technologies, DataNest, and Paynet.
  • He has held various leadership positions in major financial institutions both domestically and internationally, including Citibank Singapore, ABBank, and An Bình Securities.

  • Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications.
  • Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology 

Experience:

20 years in various management roles, leading AMIGO to become a top 5 system integration company in Vietnam.

Là một trong những người đồng sáng lập và giữ vai trò CEO đầu tiên của AMIGO từ năm 2008, ông Trần Quang Đức đã đóng góp không nhỏ vào sự thành công của công ty. Với tư cách Phó Chủ tịch hiện tại, ông tiếp tục dẫn dắt AMIGO phát triển, đồng thời là nhà sáng lập của nhiều doanh nghiệp công nghệ khác như Vinatty, Equix, DataNest và Paynet.

  • Bachelor of Information Technology, Posts and Telecommunications Institute.
  • MBA, University of Hawaii 

Experience:

  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #50493).
  • 15+ years of experience in solution consulting, strategy development, and IT project management at technology corporations such as Cisco, Viettel, and Ciena.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
  • Harvard Business School specialized certifications.

Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience, including 14 years in senior management roles at leading technology corporations such as IBM, Cisco, and Motorola.

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance Academy.

  • Master’s in Management of Economics, Finance, and Banking 

Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in Financial Management, including 16 years in senior management roles as Chief Accountant and Finance Director at multi-industry companies.
