On March 12, 2026, the seminar “Building Resilient Cloud-Native in the Hybrid Era” – co-organized by Amigo, Red Hat, and Veeam – delivered a comprehensive view at how enterprises can build a robust Cloud-Native foundation in a Hybrid Cloud environment. The program zeroed in on critical challenges including Kubernetes operational standardization, multi-cluster governance, security hardening, and data resilience. Through practical insights and real-world case studies, the event helped Vietnamese enterprises shape a modern, flexible, and scalable infrastructure strategy as digital transformation continues to accelerate.

The seminar drew technology leaders and experts from major financial, banking, and telecommunications organizations including Agribank, Vietcombank, BIDV, VietinBank, VNPT,etc.

As enterprises accelerate their shift to Cloud-Native, operating in a Hybrid Cloud environment demands a higher bar for governance, security, and availability. The seminar addressed these challenges head-on through platforms and technologies from Red Hat and Veeam – complemented by Amigo’s 20+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions tailored to each organization’s unique digital model.

Building a Resilient Cloud-Native Foundation with Red Hat OpenShift

At the event, Nguyen Hoang Chung – Ecosystem Solution Architect at Red Hat shared how enterprises can build a Hybrid Cloud foundation on Red Hat OpenShift Platform Plus, enabling standardized Kubernetes operations and effective multi-cluster management.

In his presentation “Secure, Portable and Production-Ready Hybrid Cloud Platforms“, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chung outlined how integrating Advanced Cluster Manager (ACM) allows enterprises to govern their entire Kubernetes ecosystem across multiple cloud environments through a single, unified control plane. Key capabilities include centralized monitoring, cluster lifecycle management, policy-based security controls, and GitOps-driven application deployment automation.

OpenShift Virtualization further enables enterprises to run both virtual machines and containers on a single platform, supporting infrastructure modernization while preserving the continuity of legacy applications.

In Vietnam, Amigo has partnered with Red Hat to implement this model across numerous major financial institutions. Notable projects include VPS Securities, which containerized its core trading system and cut time-to-market by 50%, VPBank which deployed the Temenos T24 core banking system on OpenShift, and MSB which modernized its digital banking platform to serve millions of customers.

Strengthening Kubernetes Data Resilience with Veeam Kasten

Alongside infrastructure modernization, data protection and system recovery emerged as key areas of focus for attendees. Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc – Senior Sales Systems Engineer at Veeam addressed this in his presentation “Data Protection & Application Mobility for Red Hat OpenShift”.

As Mr. Duc highlighted, the shift to Cloud-Native makes protecting stateful applications increasingly complex, especially given that 93% of enterprises have faced ransomware attacks.

To meet this challenge, Veeam Kasten (K10) – a solution built natively for Kubernetes, enables enterprises to automate backup and full application recovery, migrate data seamlessly across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments, and protect data under a Zero-Trust model with immutable backups.

Veeam Kasten also stands out with features such as automated snapshots, incremental backups, application-consistent protection for databases, support for block volumes and multi-CPU architectures, and the ability to protect both containers and virtual machines on OpenShift. The solution currently ranks #1 in the GigaOm Radar Report for Kubernetes Data Protection and is continuously updated to keep pace with the evolving Kubernetes ecosystem.

The “Building Resilient Cloud-Native in the Hybrid Era” seminar delivered more than just deep technical insights into Cloud-Native and Hybrid Cloud. It reaffirmed Amigo’s capability, alongside its strategic partners, to walk alongside Vietnamese enterprises throughout their digital transformation journey.

Mr. Nguyen Thai Nguyen, Deputy CEO & CTO of Amigo, shared:
“Working alongside Vietnamese enterprises in financial services, government, and telecommunications, we see a consistently growing appetite for Cloud-Native platforms that are modern, flexible, and built to scale. At the same time, security and compliance are never up for negotiation. That’s why Amigo stays focused on striking the right balance – helping organizations move faster without compromising stability, through solutions designed to fit each unique business model.”
