MSB Enhances Customer Experience with Automated Messaging on Red Hat OpenShift

One of MSB’s significant achievements is the deployment of an automated messaging system on the Red Hat OpenShift platform, enabling the bank to effectively communicate with over 3.1 million customers.

Challenges and Solutions

Previously, MSB used multiple channels to communicate with customers, making it difficult to manage information and ensure a consistent customer experience.

To address this challenge, MSB partnered with AMIGO, Red Hat’s first Advanced Partner in Vietnam. As a strategic partner of Red Hat, AMIGO played a crucial role in consulting, designing, and deploying the Red Hat OpenShift solution for MSB. With extensive experience and deep knowledge of the platform, AMIGO helped MSB select the optimal solution that meets the bank’s specific needs.

Red Hat OpenShift, a flexible and open containerization platform, was chosen for this implementation. With OpenShift, MSB can:

The deployment of Red Hat OpenShift has yielded outstanding results for MSB:

  • Increased scale: MSB can send messages to over 3.1 million customers, a fivefold increase compared to before.
  • Reduced costs: Operating costs have decreased by 30% thanks to automation and process optimization.
  • Improved efficiency: IT operations staff are freed up to focus on higher-value tasks.
  • Shorter time-to-market: Time to market for new products and services has been reduced by 50%.
